The Santee Health Center would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable 4th of July. Through the generosity of our health partners, the clinic will be distributing HyVee gifts cards July 1st & 2nd, starting at 9am. It is our hope this will help the holiday food costs.
The restrictions for the cards are as follows:
One card per household
Must be a tribal member
Reside in the Service Delivery Area of the clinic ( Knox and Bon Homme Counties)
Be and active patient of the Santee Health Center
We will utilize the Santee Housing Authority list to verify addresses. If you live outside the reservation boundary, please be prepared to show proof of address, such as utility bill.
