HEART Program

Life can be stressful and challenging, and sometimes we may experience a mental health or addiction condition that can seem overwhelming and interfere with our ability to function or cope.

If you are feeling like this, it is important to know that you do not have to struggle alone. The Santee Health & Wellness Center’s Health Education Addiction Recovery Treatment (H.E.A.R.T) Program professionals work closely with you along with your other health care providers to treat your whole being because mental health and physical health are interrelated.

The Santee H.E.A.R.T Program offers a wide variety of services for people who have a mental health condition, an addiction, or both, regardless of age or severity. If you or a loved one needs help, don’t wait. Take the first step toward feeling better–mentally, emotionally and physically.
